It’s a pleasure to offer you our new service “Peru Full Flavor” This service is a Peruvian food Buffet where we find starters, main courses, desserts and cocktails made with typical ingredients from our country.

But not only this, you will also have information about the ingredients, recipes and history of the dishes.Here you can see the different options of dishes on the ones you can choose 2 on each category (except starters where you can chose 3)

Starter options:
* Ceviche (fish in dices with lemon juice and onions)
* Tuna or Chicken causa (chicken or tuna inside 2 layers of mashed potato with oil and chili)
* Huancaina sauce with potatoes (milky sauce with chili)
